A mind can be seized only after the warrant names what must survive.
Soulkiller Redaction Warrant is the board-sealed control surface that authorizes exceptional neural seizure. It defines target authority, extraction scope, memory redaction depth, construct disposition, silence order, and appeal path before Soulkiller may touch a living or archived identity.
Maximum memory scope that may be excised before the extraction becomes a permanent silence case.
Default interval before a seized construct may enter Mikoshi partition, evidence vault, or destruction queue.
Warrant Chain
The warrant keeps extraction from becoming appetite.
Every compelled extraction is split into authority, target, redaction, and disposition records. The system may be fast, but the decision surface is deliberately slow.

Confirms who can name the target, what jurisdiction binds the body or archive, and which witnesses can challenge the seizure.

Memory Seizure Scope
Bounds the extraction to named memories, identity signatures, hostile payloads, or full construct capture.

Redaction Firewall
Filters privileged material, sovereign secrets, rogue-machine hooks, and coercive payloads before custody intake.
DSP-04
Construct Disposition Order
Determines whether the seized identity is released to Mikoshi, held as evidence, silenced, destroyed, or returned to arbitration.
Warrant Envelope
Redaction is lawful only when the remainder is named.
The warrant cannot execute until authority source, target status, permitted memory scope, custody destination, appeal hold, and silence condition resolve to one sealed docket.
